By accessing or using LateLabel.online ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.
LateLabel provides informational tools and resources to help ecommerce sellers understand and potentially recover carrier overcharges and late delivery refunds from FedEx, UPS, DHL, and other shipping carriers.
The Service currently includes free tools (Ghost Fee Scanner, Refund Estimator, Late Delivery Alert Bot, Carrier Contract Template, and Dispute Script Generator) and a waitlist for a planned automated auditing platform. All tools are provided for informational purposes. LateLabel does not file claims on your behalf in the current free tier.
By using the Service, you agree to:
LateLabel makes every effort to provide accurate information about carrier refund policies, filing deadlines, and claim procedures. However, carrier policies change frequently and without notice. The information provided by LateLabel is for general guidance only. Always verify current carrier policies directly with FedEx, UPS, or DHL before filing a claim.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. LATELABEL DOES NOT WARRANT THAT:
Carrier refund outcomes depend on your specific shipments, carrier policies at time of filing, and documentation you provide. LateLabel cannot guarantee any specific refund outcome.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LATELABEL SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE, EVEN IF LATELABEL HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. LATELABEL'S TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU SHALL NOT EXCEED $100.
The Service may contain links to carrier websites and third-party resources. LateLabel is not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third-party websites. Links are provided for convenience only.
All content, tools, templates, and materials on LateLabel are the intellectual property of LateLabel and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used commercially without written permission. The carrier names FedEx, UPS, and DHL are trademarks of their respective owners. LateLabel is not affiliated with or endorsed by any carrier.
LateLabel reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page indicates when changes were last made.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising from use of the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration rather than court proceedings, except where prohibited by applicable law.
